Practice areas

Three practices. Three different races to the client.

A mass tort claimant, an accident victim and a family member after an arrest all call more than one firm. What wins each of them is different, so DIDM sets up intake differently for each practice.

Mass tort

Thousands of inquiries. A few hundred that qualify. Find them first.

Mass tort

Mass tort intake runs on volume. A national campaign brings in calls, forms and texts from every state, and most of them won't meet the criteria for the litigation: the wrong product, exposure outside the dates, no qualifying diagnosis. The firms that sign the strongest claimants are the ones that screen fast and follow up on the ones that fit.

DIDM gives your intake team one queue for every text, email and web lead, a pipeline per tort with the questions that decide whether a claimant qualifies, and a list each morning of who is still waiting on a reply. On a managed plan, our team runs your Google Ads and reports what each signed retainer cost, by campaign.

  • A pipeline per tort, with fields for product, exposure dates and diagnosis
  • Managed plans: search-term reviews that cut settlement-news and payout searches
  • Managed plans: a monthly report of cost per signed retainer, by campaign

  • Screening answers that move a claimant to qualified or not, for your team to confirm

Several states now require set disclaimers in drug and medical-device ads, and every state limits paying for referrals. DIDM is software and services at a flat price: we don't buy, sell or refer cases, and we never charge per claimant. Your ethics counsel reviews each campaign, as they would anyway.

Personal injury

Someone was hit on the way home. They call until a firm picks up.

Accident lawyers

Car, truck and motorcycle accident cases go to the firm that answers. The calls come from a roadside, an emergency room or a body shop, at all hours, and the person on the other end is calling a list. Accident and injury search terms also carry some of the highest click prices in any industry, so every call that rings out is money spent for another firm.

DIDM keeps every text, email and web inquiry in one inbox, flags the ones still waiting on a reply, and lays out a pipeline from first call to signed case. On a managed plan, our team cuts the searches that never sign, such as job seekers, adjusters and people looking for an accident report, and reports which campaigns brought signed cases.

Accident advertising draws extra scrutiny: solicitation rules, waiting periods after an accident in some states, and required disclaimers. Our pricing is flat and we never charge per case, so the arrangement doesn't turn into paying for a recommendation.

Criminal defense

The arrest happened at midnight. The family is calling now.

Criminal defense

Criminal defense inquiries rarely come from the client. A parent, a spouse or a friend is calling on a Saturday night after an arrest, and they will retain whoever explains the next step first. DUI and DWI searches spike on weekends and holidays, and they're bid by county.

DIDM puts those texts and web inquiries in one place, flags anyone still waiting on a reply, and tracks each matter from inquiry through conflict check and consultation to retainer. On a managed plan, our team watches your DUI terms county by county and cuts spend on searches for public defenders and free legal help.

  • After-hours texts and forms waiting for the morning, listed first

Inquiries often come from family, not the client, so confidentiality and who you're talking to matter from the first reply. Nothing goes out from DIDM unless your staff send it.
