These terms govern your use of didm.ai and the free Market Scan, provided by DIDM AI (“DIDM”, “we”). Paid use of the DIDM product is covered by a separate customer agreement. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You may use didm.ai to learn about DIDM and to request information or a Market Scan for a business you own or work for. Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit information about someone else without their permission.

The free Market Scan

  • The Market Scan is a free, informational report built from publicly available data such as Google Maps listings, reviews, search results and public statistics.
  • Public data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and search results vary by person and place. The report is not a guarantee of rankings, leads, revenue or any other result, and it is not legal, financial or professional advice.
  • We may decline or delay a scan, for example if we can’t identify the business or the request looks automated.
  • Names of other businesses appear in scans only as public market information; it does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

Prices and examples on this site

Prices shown are current launch prices and may change; the price that applies to you is the one in your order or customer agreement. Example alerts, charts and figures on this site are illustrative and are not results from a real customer.

Our content

The site, the DIDM name and logo, and the content we create are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with credit; please don’t copy the site or its design.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and the Market Scan are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a Market Scan, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
